TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT: 50% required at booking
FINAL PAYMENT: Due in full 60 days prior to departure
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation
90 days or more before departure: $100
Cancellation
89 to 60 days before departure: 25% of the tour price
Cancellation
59 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the tour price
Cancellation
less than 29 days before departure: 100% of the tour price
If we can fill your cancelled space, we will be able to
waive all but the $100 booking fee.
Requests for refunds must be submitted by email, fax, or
letter.
A detailed trip itinerary and description, along with a gear list will be sent
to you upon confirmation of booking.
AWG is not responsible for any expenses incurred for cancellation or delay as a result of weather or other circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to make altercations or cancellations of itineraries for safety or scheduling reasons.
Participants must be in reasonably good health without physical or mental disabilities that would compromise the tour.
On advancement of the deposit to AWG, you signify that you meet and agree to all of the terms and conditions.
